We can’t quite give you an accurate estimate until you call 404-474-7769 with your specific trip details. Your rental quote will include:
The hourly or daily cost of your bus rental (pricing structure is determined when you call for your quote)
The services of a professional bus driver
Your rental quote will not include:
Overnight accommodations for your bus driver (required if your trip spans multiple days)
Gratuity (recommended at a 5-10% rate for your bus driver)
When you make your reservation, you’ll need to pay a deposit of 10% of the total cost of your rental.
14 days before your trip begins, the remainder of your balance will be due.
We accept payment via check, credit card, or wire/ACH.
We can pair you with a variety of bus types, some of the most common being a 56-passenger charter bus or a 20- or 25-passenger minibus rental. If you think your group might need a bus that we don’t include on our site, just let us know when you call to book.
All buses will have air conditioning to beat the Georgia heat, reclining seats to help you relax, and some overhead storage areas to help minimize clutter.
